Not as updated as storage facilities near me. Found another unit closer to me and half the price. The new location has an elevator that fit the rolling carts that are super easy to use. Very happy about my move. But where is my rwfund!

Not for me

Bill, the manager for Cubesmart in Poway has always been pleasant to me. I was with this location for about 2 years. I left due to cost, and location. You do not give you long-time customers any breaks on pricing. You only offer them to new customers. So, I found a much cheaper storage facility which is closer to my work and home, cleaner, not so run down. I can take an elevator to my unit and just walk down the hall and the lights come on. Its updated, has a more friendly staff that is always there. When I need to use the restroom, they give me the key. I never knew that there was a restroom in the poway location. My items fit into a 7 by 10 and I still have extra room. The price is much better. Sorry to leave but I found a better storage facility called Price

Overall the process of booking and canceling was easy. The property manager Bill was great and very helpful when I first got the unit. The only reason I rated a bit lower is two price increases in a year. I cant imagine your costs are going up that significantly to need to continually raise them for customers. I
