I'll start by saying a top score would apply to the manager, Bill, who was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. The facility was also comfortable with access hours that were accommodating.My low score is a result of the following:I started on a rate that was not the introductory free month or several months at a lower rate then to regular rate.Instead thought that I had agreed to the Internet rate that I believe was going to be the same for a longer term, but just 3 months later the rate had increased and it kept regularly increasing at an unsustainable rise until it soon became almost double the market rate. I felt gouged.I would have left 18 months or earlier if I was able bodied.When calling corporate to ask how is it that loyalty, by paying on time in full for several years, I could not keep my rent more steady, I was told that is how it is.Instead, there is only an introductory price that is short lived and regularly increased to an amount that is unsustainable and became highly above market rate, one that seemed would reach $1000 in the next couple of years.I've never seen a steady rise in ANY kind of rent rate like this anywhere, and it felt offensive, like I was being driven out to make room for new customers to come in at nearly half the rate.Yes, the cost is the reason for my rating.
