Kisha Was extremely helpful and great customer service . I had to move location and she took care of everything. I have used other companies that all was not worth the money money but CubeSmart is great

The location was close to my home, so convenient. However, I had the entire contents of a 3 bedroom to store for an unknown amount of time (which ended up being a year). I was told by Cube Smart staff that electronics would be fine with summer and winter temperatures, but nothing was said about potential for mold! Much of my belongings were ruined by mold, and some with rodent urine and nesting. I posted photos of some items on their reviews. Someone called me, but nothing was done to compensate me for so many of my things being ruined. I feel like I should’ve been told up front of the likelihood of this happening.
