Alexandria was very helpful and friendly. She explained things well when going over the paperwork and how to get around the site. She walked around the area to show me the storage unit location and how the door needed to be locked. When I towed in the non running vehicle I was storing, she opened a side gate allowing much easier access to the unit I had rented. Overall it was a good experience, and kudos especially to Alexandria.

Unrealistic rate increases is the reason I left. You all care nothing about customers being there long-term. You care about bigger profits.
