I’ll be honest—I initially had some concerns with my experience at CubeSmart Storage in Prior Lake, MN. However, what truly turned everything around was the exceptional customer service I received from Tracy. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, kept communication open at all times, and consistently checked in whenever she received updates regarding my concern. That level of care and follow-through made a huge difference and completely changed my overall impression.Because of her professionalism and dedication, my move-in and move-out process ended up being incredibly smooth. The move-in instructions were straightforward, everything was well organized, and the entire experience was far less stressful than most moves usually are. As we all know, moving can be a major hassle—so having it go this seamlessly was refreshing.Overall, I highly recommend CubeSmart in Prior Lake, especially thanks to Tracy’s outstanding customer service.
