The facility and the staff is nice enough, however we are tired of the constant rent increases; we had intended to stay long term as we need indefinite storage for our files and equipment but to be told that the only way to reduce rent is to move units is not acceptable. You need a better way to retain long term customers. Our rent for one of the units doubled via increases over the course of 3 years.

Renting it was smooth and easy. I haven’t moved anything in yet so can’t rate a 10 until I have used it a few times

The facility has been very good to me, although a little pricey.All in all it has been (and I'm sure it will continue to be) a good experience.

Used CubeSmart Storage for 3 years while I was moving around. I officially moved where I could take my belongings with me. Tracy helped me make sure I got all squared away with closing account. Staff there is very helpful when you need it!

A couple of problems with setup on a walk-in basis, but everything was resolved within 24 hours.

The building is clean and well set up. The staff is friendly and did a great job of showing me around. I feel confident it will be a secure place to store my stuff.
