I moved from one unit to a smaller unit in the same building on 11/08/25. CubeSmart had already charged my checking account for the amount I paid each month for my previous unit. I was told by Ashton that part of what I was charged would be applied to my new smaller unit rental. I left a message for him on 11/11/25. He called me back on 11/15/25 and left me a message to say he didn't have an answer (as to how much a credit I would receive and how much my monthly charge would be for the new unit) for me yet. I still haven't gotten a final answer from Ashton. I don't blame him for this. I blame management

CubeSmart site manager was very easy to work and courteous. If I needed to leave a message, I would receive a call back belfry the day was out. If I ever need a storage unit again, I'll go to CubeSmart!
