Ashton, the location manager is just perfect. He was so patient, worked with me, understood my concerns and absolutely set me up for success. He was the difference for me. I appreciate professionals who have people skills.

The process to rent the building was super easy and access was convenient. Also when we no longer needed the unit it was a simple and fast process to cancel and walk away. The staff was very pleasant to work with.

It's reasonably priced. It's clean and big and good hours and close to me! Friendly service as well!

I moved from one unit to a smaller unit in the same building on 11/08/25. CubeSmart had already charged my checking account for the amount I paid each month for my previous unit. I was told by Ashton that part of what I was charged would be applied to my new smaller unit rental. I left a message for him on 11/11/25. He called me back on 11/15/25 and left me a message to say he didn't have an answer (as to how much a credit I would receive and how much my monthly charge would be for the new unit) for me yet. I still haven't gotten a final answer from Ashton. I don't blame him for this. I blame management
