You lied to me!

The price for the size of storage unit was better than most other options. The location and access options were perfect for my needs with plenty of space to navigate truck/trailer through the property. The facility is well kept, clean, secure, and easy to access within very reasonable hours. Setup and move out were also very easy to do as well as an app that functions properly. I will keep CubeSmart in mind for any future needs I may have.My single criticism of the unit I had is that there was approximately a 1-1.5" step from the asphalt roadway to the concrete of the entrance to the unit. I moved in a large steel work table weighing approximately 2000 lbs. It is on caster wheels, but still had to be jacked up to roll it into my unit. Other units across the roadway appeared to have a smooth transition from asphalt to concrete in the entryways, which would have been far more convenient for heavier items. Maybe something for future improvements to the site, or a note to ask future customers if the step would create any issues.

The Location and staff were wonderful. It was close to my home so it made it very easy and accessible. Having an air-conditioned space during the heat of the summer really kept our things from getting damaged and dried out. I would definitely use them again.

People were great. Service was great. Cost was the biggest reason for the move. We used Cubesmart for 6 years and went from about $150 per month to well over $350. I am not sure other real estate has had that kind of increase. In the end, I realized I could pay one month's mortgage with the annual savings moving out. No complaints........no regrets....just saving money!!!

CubeSmart is the best storage I've ever used. The price is fair and staff is so kind and helpful. They also don't raise the price every 3 to 4 months like some other storage facilities.
