Cube smart provided storage for us for over a year and we never had any billing issues or problems with our storage unit.

The bump at the entrance of the inside units is terrible and the single cart provided cannot take it easily which about broke a shin on move in. The door being standard size is also awful. More carts, wider door, no bump. I cannot speak for outside units. Good service

The sales team is top notch… knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind with showing grace as as I arrived close to closing time

Signing up to rent a unit was easy and straightforward. As soon as I signed up for a unit, I received a courtesy call, which was very nice. The representative on the phone was helpful in answering my questions. when it was time to cancel my rental, the process was quick and effortless.
