I gave them a 6 because it's more than half great service which I've had for a while now, yet the cost keeps rising after some time which is not what I excepted, yet my personal belongings are protected, and the staff is good

Cuando cerré el servicio el encargado me explicó que necesito comprar un candado y dejarlo puesto no entiendo el por qué si ya había cerrado el servicio en unos días después me llaman de la oficina a querer cobrarme de otro mes más diciéndome que nunca he cerrado la cuenta tener cuidado con eso
