My representative, Nélida was amazing! She was professional, very well-versed & helpful. I went to the Cube Smart location in Bayside during the heatwave, when the electricity to that area had been significantly reduced and there were no elevators. She rigged a staircase door to remain open for the clients to safely access their storage areas & took me to the one I ultimately chose. She explained everything in detail and I cannot say enough about her. She is a definite asset to your company.
