Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. Even though I was cancelling my contract I was treated very well.

I rented it on Saturday I waited a half an hour for the office to open because the person was by themselves when I came back to put stuff in the storage I just rented no carts available waited 45 minutes and then I unloaded and I dragged my bins into the elevator and out of the elevator into my unit. I came back Sunday the same thing happened. I came back yesterday Monday at 3:30 again there was no carts again. No one was in the office. The clock said they will return at four. Meanwhile it’s 330. I looked for court on the first floor. Nothing I looked for courts on the third floor nothing I patiently waited 20 minutes and then Servpro came down two people three carriages. I took one I said I’ve been waiting for this a long time with them were two of your employees and one gave me attitude. Why are you acting like that it’s first come first serve no it’s not it should not be both employees and two people from Servpro having three carriages you’re supposed to unload and return not hold absolutely not happy.
