Best storage service

My location had a great manager. She is wonderful. The other staff-not so much. They weren't helpful, it always felt like I was bothering them, and it made for an unpleasant experience. There is a bathroom that is available to paying customers. They tend to make excuses why we can't use it, and also "clean it" 1-2 hours before closing and then it's off limits. I know it's petty, but when you're there for a while going through your stuff, or you have an emergency that you need the toilet, or just want to wash your hands becuase your unit is dusty, it would be great to not have to receive such crappy attitude. It's just a bathroom, It's spotless all the time, it doesn't need to be shut down after it's cleaned.

In the beggining I was asured about fixed price, which I agreed on. Later on it changed, without me knowing or explanation why. That was very unpleasing experience!

There needs to be more carts. Elevators sometimes did not work. Rent was constantly being raised.
