Very expensive

I was disappointed with the pricing policy. When I rented the storage unit, the initial price seemed very reasonable, but after only the second month the monthly rate increased significantly.I believe it would have been much more transparent if I had been informed from the beginning that the price was expected to increase after the second or third month. Knowing that upfront would have helped me make a more informed decision before signing up.The low introductory rate felt misleading because it didn’t reflect the actual long-term cost of renting the unit. I hope you’ll be more transparent about future price increases with new customers.

poor customer service, especially for a client that had been at this location for more than 10 years.

For the past 9 years of being a customer, I have had no issues. No calls for any problem with my unit and the customer service is great.

Very poor ladders they don’t roll properly. It’s more work for the client to have to be running in and out signing for a ladder and the cart to move our stuff
