You keep charging more and more money every other month, customer service at front desk it’s nasty

You keep rising prices every other month, the customer service at the front desk is quite nasty, they think they are giving me a favor for free when I’m the one paying and very expensive rent unit. When I asked why the reason for the constant up charges, the front desk said it’s because we want to charged you if we want we can charge you 100% increase. What kind of service it’s that???

I can’t believe how much my rent increased just 3 months after moving in.

Management attended to me immidately.Explaining renting policy. The place is well kept.

Easy to manage.

Besides not been treated, with respect at this location . I am sure the corp. Doesn’t know, the disrespectful employees they have at that location. I could have done better recommendations and better ratings.
