The Sunnyside facility is clean with an excellent parking lot in front for ease of entry/exit. I would have given a better rating but the pricing structure is ridiculous. I'm thankful to Cubesmart for the discount they gave to my family and neighbors who were displaced by a fire in Dec. 2023. However, over the last 12 months the price has almost tripled to where it was no longer viable to stay.
