I live in Canada and the letters you sent to inform of the annual price increases never arrived. I called twice over the years to inform the manager of this, and the first time I called, the representative brought me to tears in how he handled my questions. The lady manager was much nicer. Otherwise, no big complaints, other than that and that a wool blanket had moth holes all over it. I know you say your units are "climate controlled', but maybe best to warn customers that woolens and other natural fibres could be damaged by staying in storage for years (mine were in storage from July 2022 to January 2026.

I needed the storage just for 1 month and I had to pay 2 because your billing system doesn't allow to pay per the used days. Moreover, the storage is not 24/7 access and during our last trip there my friend was rudely addressed as if he broke the door. Once I intervened and asked for the recordings the front desk person calmed down.

The fees and rates are excessive. I had to pay 1k to get out of my space before I travelled across the country. I like some of the employees at this location though.
