We arrived with the truck at 5:30pm (30 minutes before the gate was scheduled to close) and got an outrageous amount of attitude from the person at the desk. It was clear that he thought we wouldn't get done in time and he kept saying that the gate closes at 5:45 and that he wouldn't hold it any later for us. I'm not sure why all the documentation says the gate hours are until 6pm if they are actually 5:45, but we finished in 12 minutes so it didn't really matter. He was incredibly rude and I was very turned off from renting at this facility again in the future.

Exceptional service

Well I’ve had cube smart for a few years now, and the customer service is great at my location.

The cost kept rising, there were mice droppings in my unit, no where to throw things away, the staff were inflexible and unsupportive. The hours were horrible and you couldn’t get in during the last half an hour because the staff would look everything. This is impossible for working normal hours.

I have been with cube smart for many years it’s a trusted storage space. Always well kept, clean and good customer service.

Overall we had no major complaints but we decided to leave for a more convenient location. The price increases were too often so we looked for a larger space and found one for almost half the price. Staff was always pleasant helpful.
