In the beggining I was asured about fixed price, which I agreed on. Later on it changed, without me knowing or explanation why. That was very unpleasing experience!

There needs to be more carts. Elevators sometimes did not work. Rent was constantly being raised.

Service was always good and the space was clean, well illuminated, easy to reach.

The store manager Mark was so patient and helpful, answering all my questions and finding solutions that fit my business needs! Rival storage chains' policies have felt deceptive; Cubesmart felt much more honest and customer-friendly.
