This cube smart is so clean and big. The attendants at the front desk are always helpful. Going to a storage unit can feel stressful and overwhelming but not when you go to this location. It’s actually fun to come and get it all done

Aside from the fact that my unit got infested with mice which damaged and caused me to lose my belongings, the customer service dealing with the aftermath of this situation was an absolute nightmare. Every time I spoke to someone at the front desk trying to figure out how to move forward with discarding my damaged goods, I was told that a note would be put in my account and a manager would get back to me with a response. I never received a single call back from a manager until I finally called and asked for one directly. These front desk people would also tell me next steps that would probably be taken, and every time I tried to follow up, I was told I was given incorrect information during my previous conversation. Once I FINALLY got a manager to take me seriously and give me the correct procedure, including moving my remaining items to a smaller unit, I was misled about pricing for a new unit. When I first saw it, the price was supposed to be 100, 3 days later, I twas told that was incorrect, it would be 156. 2 more days later when I was finally ready to transfer my lease, I was told 187 - almost DOUBLE the price in the span of 6 days!! This has been one of the most frustrating things I’ve ever had to deal with, and I would never recommend someone use Cubesmart after this whole ordeal.

Beautiful place, extremely clean, very well run. I'd recommend it to everyone.
