I went in first thing in the morning Nélida was amazing. From her instructions, to showing me the unit and rules. She made me feel comfortable about the location and services.

I was incorrectly charged for insurance for my unit. I personally provided my homeowners insurance and followed up with emails to Cubesmart but was unable to get monthly insurance removed from my billing which means I was overpaying for my unit for the whole period. (November 2023- January 2026) I would appreciate if this could finally get resolved and I could be reimbursed $312.00.
