The price went up significantly this past year. Dec 2024 $177, then $219 and the new rate Nov 2025 $281. The worst part was when I compared the price to another CubeSmart nearby it was cheaper. That tells me that Bayside is a ripoff.

Fee increases of nearly 30% are unreasonable & extortion. We were good paying customers for several years and this was obscene & you lost a customer.
