I received a notification of an increase in rent after only 4 months of using CubeSmart Storage. Shocking increase.

The space was clean and I loved the passcode protected doors and elevators. There were always carts available and staff was very nice, professional and welcoming. I couldn’t give it a 10 because the prices kept increasing. I get it, every year prices go up but I started off paying around $80-$90 and within 2 years it shot up to around $130.

Adrian and Jasmine are extremely helpful in the process. Maspeth/ Grand Avenue storage space is brightly lit. It feels clean and safe.

I own 2 moving companies. I have storage in many other facilities. The staff is great in this facility, and that would be the only thing good I can say. I rented a 10×12 unit for around $360 per month. After about 2 month they doubled my rate. After a phone call they dropped it to $400 per month. Then a few months after that they raised it to $476.00No other storage in all the years I'm doing moving raised rates like this. I would never recommend or store at this location ever again.
