The location that I was at gate was broken for months and because it was in a back area where no traffic barely goes by made it unsafe especially at night. Also, the carts were very old and squeaky with the metal rubbing together like a train on the tracks. On my floor, there was a customer who would bring all of his stuff out of his unit and block the row and just watch tv or read so other customers would have to walk all the way around which is not right. These are the reasons that made me leave as well as the rates continued to rise.

The door in the back was broke for long time , 8 months ? And it’s broken again right now , the back gate to enter has been stuck in the up position for months providing no security , the blacktop leading to the back doors has been I issue for years , there’s a ditch in front of the doors causing my cart with my things to fall off every time

There were a couple of price increases with no notification.

Good parking, clean facility. However, on Saturday, you should have 2 EMPLOYEES working rather than 1.
