On the positive side:- Russell was very helpful, and responsive, as location manager- The electronic entry gate system worked well- The user interface for making payments is well done- The insurance reimbursement process (and the company managing it) was more effective than I expectedOn the negative side:- The fact that I even needed insurance reimbursement was due to a major roof water leakage. That should never happen, and should be a thorough embarrassment to your company. While I did get some reimbursement, that whole experience was extremely inconvenient and stressful. Some items damaged were irreplaceable.- Getting a monthly email saying "Your Cubesmart bill is ready", two weeks before due date, is extremely annoying- The price increase was unjustifiable

The entire process from reservation, and communication, including a personal call to verify, as well as detailed E-mails, could not have been better. The unit was clean, and as expected, and the check in process was quick and efficient. Very satisfied.

The unit was fine. Once the door to the unit was stuck and we spent half an hour trying to unstick it. And there was no one in the office during business hours to help.

The process from moving in to moving out was super easy and convenient. Office staff was readily available and helpful when I needed them.
