Great customer service

It was so easy to order online and then find the unit and that welcome bag was very nice. Got a great location. Everything is brand new and it's very reasonably priced. I would recommend it to everyone.

The facility is clean, well lit and maintained. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They make me feel secure in my decision to rent with them.

The 2 employees were the best when it came to customer service.

The employees were helpful, the space is clean and new, the dual elevators and carts are convenient.

Communication about the losing dock being closed would’ve been great to know. My movers had a hard time getting furniture through the small doors. Other than that no issues with location of my storage unit.
