The entire process from reservation, and communication, including a personal call to verify, as well as detailed E-mails, could not have been better. The unit was clean, and as expected, and the check in process was quick and efficient. Very satisfied.

The unit was fine. Once the door to the unit was stuck and we spent half an hour trying to unstick it. And there was no one in the office during business hours to help.
