The customer service is remarkably AWESOME! Catalina was great from the beginning, the in between, until the end. Thank you for all your patience, empathy, and all around great service. It was a pleasure to have met you.

It was easy to reserve a unit online. And very friendly service and this units were clean and well kept up.

I gave a 0 because I paid for the month march and moved out on the 3rd and still had 20 days left but I wasn’t given back the remaining amount of my payment do to early move out. You are crooks and I will be telling people about how crooked cube smart is!!! Keep in mind I have been at this storage place for more than 2 decades and this is a very sad way to treat a loyal customer!!!! Very evil company !! And that’s the absolute truth!!!

The facility is very well maintained, Caralina. is professional and helpful.
