It's too expensive and the price increased after only a few months.The key pad at the entrance only worked part of the time.

This storage facility failed to keep my belongings secure. My unit was broken into with no signs of forced entry after I purchased the lock directly from them, raising serious concerns about access and security. The area where my unit was located also lacked camera coverage, making it an easy target. Very disappointing experience.
