Friendly, easy to get setup. Unit was clean and easy to access. The later access times were a significant factor.

The representative that helped me was very friendly or personable. She directed to a general location of my storage and offered no other assistance.

It was close to our apartment, clean and secure. Price is a little high but for convenience, it pretty much does the job.
