Good space-easy to use-but price is too high

Was told my location would be open on Sunday. It was not. Found out after driving over there. Called the next day to see if it was open, no answer. Got a call back to say it was open and drove all the way over just to see that the manager is currently out of the office for who knows how long. People moving have a timeline and so far my time has been wasted.

Seamless and easy process.

I received a 14-day notice to vacate without any explanation or identified violation. No issues were communicated to me, and any prior concerns, if any, were addressed immediately. This appears to be an arbitrary action without a documented basis or opportunity to cure, and I am currently seeking clarification and resolution through corporate.

I felt that the level of price increases was egregious. The bait and switch pricing strategy left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would have strongly preferred to know upfront what the cost of storage would be subject to more reasonable increases. I felt that CubeSmart took advantage of the situation knowing that switching storage units is difficult. I would never recommend CubeSmart to any friends.
