I felt that the level of price increases was egregious. The bait and switch pricing strategy left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would have strongly preferred to know upfront what the cost of storage would be subject to more reasonable increases. I felt that CubeSmart took advantage of the situation knowing that switching storage units is difficult. I would never recommend CubeSmart to any friends.

This store in Randolph has provided excellent facilities and customer service since 2019.

The staff at Cubesmart were so kind and compassionate to my needs they were willing to accommodate my time and willingness to extend me an extra hour because it was taking longer than we expected. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Randolph location. I recommend them highly.
