there is someone at the desk in the office during business hours, the gates have always worked, it is fairly cleaned up.

The first unit I looked at was not cleaned thoroughly, however Gabby was right on top of it. She showed me a few more options and was so accommodating and helpful. And items have been moved in safely. Will refer to CubeSmart to anyone who is need of storage! Thank you again, Gabby for incredible customer service!

It was very easy to make payments and access the unit .

Well, first of all I couldn’t get into my storage unit in the winter time the door was frozen shut. Snow was plowed up against the door.!!!Second of all trouble with your gate wanna go up or down? Try to get in to get things out of my storage unit and your gate won’t go up.!!You made life for me very difficult when I tried to access my storage unit and the winter time and in the spring time now!! I highly undoubted that I would ever recommend use in the future!!!I do understand that you’ve recently just bought a place, my units need to do better!!!

Well you bought out another company who owes me money for lost keys locks and mouse infestation not to mention I now have bed bugs from stuff I took from storage so yall bought a bad space I paid for and denied several times for damage.

Worst storage unit i’ve ever dealt with, cube smart bought out a storage location in Reading, PA which whom i’ve been with for over 10 years and now customers are not allowed to access their units from 10pm-6am. I have a cleaning business and need access to storage unit at different times of the day/night. I asked the front desk to see if they can help, they respond sorry we can’t help you. I call corporate and they say the same thing. Who in the world wants a curfew on a storage unit they’re paying for. Access should be available 24/7. Rules are ridiculous here!
