Worst storage unit i’ve ever dealt with, cube smart bought out a storage location in Reading, PA which whom i’ve been with for over 10 years and now customers are not allowed to access their units from 10pm-6am. I have a cleaning business and need access to storage unit at different times of the day/night. I asked the front desk to see if they can help, they respond sorry we can’t help you. I call corporate and they say the same thing. Who in the world wants a curfew on a storage unit they’re paying for. Access should be available 24/7. Rules are ridiculous here!

Rates went up, snow wasn’t removed. Gate was always open

I had a pleasant phone call with Sales when I called to rent a shed. I have had real nice experiences with the staff in property office. My concern is that the property snow removal was terrible. I rented a shed & we told that I could move in right away, but there was no clearing to do so. I have pictures. I realize winter is hard, but if you’re going to rent me a shed, at least make it accessible!!!
