YOU PEOPLE RAISE THE STORAGE RENT ONCE A YEAR AND YOU'RE ASKING IF I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO OTHER PEOPLE, GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!!! YOU ALSO FORCE PEOPLE TO GET THE 12.00 INSURANCE ON TOP OF YOUR EXPENSIVE RENT. FUCK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

The access to the facility is limited. No available bathroom. And no hand trucks or dollies to help move. Especially when you're all the way on the third floor. I had to use price rite carts to be able to move my stuff.

Quite a few issues going on there..but the Gm is outstanding in customer service..as far as the restt..I will leave it at that..

The manager I forgot her name but she is wonderful very friendly gives you the right information an welcomes you very nice keep managers like that she works at the new CubeSmart in reading pa

False advertising all the way. Month free was a lie. Anyone off the street can rent a 5 X 5 unit for $63 if the advertisements can be believed, but they are lies too. I paid $85 a month for 3 months and had turn the keys in when the price magically increased to $123 a month. Absolutely no response from workers in the local office for assistance.
