False advertising all the way. Month free was a lie. Anyone off the street can rent a 5 X 5 unit for $63 if the advertisements can be believed, but they are lies too. I paid $85 a month for 3 months and had turn the keys in when the price magically increased to $123 a month. Absolutely no response from workers in the local office for assistance.

Staff were great! Never had an issue, they always helped out with any question or concerns I had.Storage unit was clean and temperature regulated. All my belongings were safe and the way I left them. I highly recommend! Definitely will use again.Thank you!

Always trash outside doors locked didn’t work for the first couple months I had my unit. The price increases every six months. &No they don’t I for you before hand, force you to get the insurance even if you have your own. Water does seep in the building.

Rent increases is crazy for a 5 by 5 and I have a 10 x 10 and it’s cheaper than you guys with no rent increases
