Constant price increases i started at just over 150 a month and finished paying at 275 the flashing that broke off on my first day was never repaired or replaced. Customer service was horrible . Amd rodents lots of rodents

Cuz they lie about their fees n just keep robbing u blind terrible service was even trying to still charge 2 months after I moved out n notified them numerous times stating I moved out horrible company horrible staff

As a customer for 15 years, I was satisfied with the safety and security, but the ever increasing rate was just un sustainable. In that timeframe, my unit doubled in cost to me. I just couldn’t justify it any longer.

Red Bluff location was very hard to get to my unit. 20 cars filled the area daily to sort packages. Told manager multiple times with no return call or help with the issue.
