Manager Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgable. Convenient cell phone app for accessing my unit without having to get out of my vehicle to open the gate. Facility hours were desirable, allowing me to go at any reasonable time. Foremost, excellent pricing!

Since your company took over storage west, my bill essentially tripled and your absolute lack of anything resembling security means that ealmost every unit there has been broken into.I lost all of my most valuable and sentimental belongings which were entrusted to your care.I literally would have been better off just taking that stuff to a dump and saving the money.

The rent is high and then it increases again within several months. Some kind of discount incentives should be offer for long term renters.

I had the rental storage unit for three years and never had an issue. When I gave my notice that I would be terminating my rental on 11/17/25 the gentleman in the office removed Auto Pay from my account. On 1124/25 I tried accessing my unit but the lock had been changed. The gentleman in the office reviewed my account and found no indication that the lock was changed. He stated that another customer had the same issue that their lock has been changed and he was not authorized to cut off the lock. He stated that I would need to return on 11/25/25 and speak with Stephanie. On 11:25/25 Stephanie cut the lock off and my articles were stolen. The fact that the only incident I had was after I gave notice that I would be terminating my rental agreement is too coincidental. Stephanie did mention that the gentleman I gave notice was no longer employed with CubeSmart but she stated the theft and his termination were unrelated.
