The place is always clean. I never worried about strange people hanging around and did not worry about the safety of my items. The staff is super friendly. Also the rent does not go up very high like other places.

I have been using this Facility since 2013 for Storage. The storage area and the whole building is always clean and kept up. If I needed help with something, I could contact the office by phone or by visiting.

Had 2 units that I rented over 3 years, had a card on file and the date expired, which made auto payment late, talked to office staff made me come in with cash and charged lots of fees. Did not reach out directly even though contact information was updated. Definitely didn't want my business. Called movers and moved out next day.

The prices kept going up every few months until it was ridiculous. I felt as if Cube Smart was taking advantage of people while the economy is hitting hard working people who are struggling to make ends meet. When the price of my storage unit increased again I started looking at other storage units. The management said they would price match but when I came in with what I can pay at a nearby storage unit the manager said that they cant match it and that I didnt qualify because I am an existing customer. I was never late on my payments and I was lied to. I guess Cube Smart doesn't need the business.

I had no problem with the storage unit. I had only a few contacts with the property managers. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind on each occasion. Both the previous management and the present offerred great customer service. Thank you to all of them.I've rented the unit since 2017. It has been broken into once. The primary reason for vacating is the monthly cost has risen from less than $130 to over $300. It was merely time to let the unit, the expense, and the majority of its contents go.

Security very lax. Gates open a lot of the time. Price increased constantly. People seemed nice.
