People try to break in unit . Mice & squirrels in unit. People that live at CubeSmart was having a band concert & blocking my unit . I do not recommend .

Awesome. After our house fire. I used storage for about a month. With new items I purchased. I knew all my belongings were safe. The guy at the counter was very helpful. We finally found a new home, so no longer needed my storage. But I know it’s there when I need it.

It was perfect customer service and a great space just as it looked online

The people were nice and helpful.

Location did not check to see I had my lock removed and charged me for an additional month of storage, which I had to dispute with my credit card company. Also never informed people that the ENTIRE storage facility would be available for days at a time while they were repainting units except by putting up a sign at the gate entry. Hugely lazy and incompetent work.

The unit is good. There was some confusion the first day I used it as I did not know there were 2 unit areas and I showed up at the wrong location. (If there is a 50/50 chance of showing up at the wrong location out of 2 locations, I will do it 100% of the time). Also, it does take me a bit of time to get the lock slide bar to get into place for me to insert my lock.
