I found gaining access to my unit quite easy and always felt safe. I did feel that the price increases seem to be monthly at times.

Where do I start? I’m about to file a lawsuit against this guy. First of all, he didn’t tell us the rules when we moved in nor did he inform us there was a hidden link you had to copy and paste into a browser to get these rules. He didn’t bother us at all for a month and a half to tell us we were doing something wrong. I was in the storage unit one day organizing and waiting on my husband to return with a load he was bringing when the guy came into my unit trying to kick me out. He scared me so bad bc I was just a girl and this full grown man was inside my unit telling me to get out and that I was clearly living in there. I was like no I have a house I’m not living here my husband made it comfortable for me so I could do work comfortably. He said well I’m starting the eviction process you can’t have the door closed. It wasn’t closed that’s clearly how he got in but it wasn’t fully open either. He left when my husband came he told my husband we couldn’t have the door closed he said it wasn’t it was cracked he said well it has to be half way. My husband was like okay my bad we didn’t know that. And he said and you can’t be here you have to drop the stuff off and leave. My husband said since when the whole reason I got the unit was because I saw a guy here everyday all day working. He said I’m watching him too. Like… um… okay? But we’ve been here two months and he never said anything. Sunday we received a termination notice I assume from Saturday saying we had to be out by the 6th of April and it was dated the 28th of march. He took our access code to get in and said the only way we could get in was during office hours when we attempted to get our stuff on the 7th (given we put our dog down on Sunday night/Monday morning, had court Tuesday and this morning.) will probably update to let yall know if I actually get my things since he’s being difficult. But he probably won’t let us.
