I loved this unit when I 1st got it and always had excellent customer service. Once it was absorbed by cube smart, I continually saw price creep which literally priced me out of the storage unit!

Prices were outrageous for just a simple storage unit. Every couple months it went up for no reason, my stuff got water damaged because you guys left the storage unit next to mine open. Worse storage unit I’ve had.

I parked in the gravel area and there are several pot holes going back. I was also parking next to a pickup with a trailer which well exceeded the length allowed making it difficult to get my boat in and out
