Always nice polite

My unit door was un operable for the majority of my time with Cubesmart. The last issue i found out that my request was not even documented until I spoke with the GM . I was then informed that the door would be fixed but the date kept getting pushed back. For 5 months I could only open my door half way. Whats crazy is that the door will not even close now and is still not fixed after leaving. I had no choice but to move to a different company . I do not recommended using Cubesmart and i highly recommend improving communication and maintenance partners committed to service.

No issues with the unit rented and staff was always helpful whenever I had issues which was rare.

The exit gate to the supposedly secure lot has been fully open for over three days and nights.

- easy access- friendly staff- belongings stayed in good condition

I came into the office on Feb., 24, 2026 in regards to not being able to access my unit. The issue I was having was the buttus were hard to input the access code. I spoke with Ms. Danita who actually was able to help me and was very helpful. I really appreciated how kind she was. Thanks again !!!
