Pricing is crazy. I started off with the smallest unit and all it did was go up and up next thing I know im spending 120 some a month for the smallest unit they make.

Space was clean, paths and driving area was well kept, hours are good, staff was very kind and helpful, prices were fair (though they did raise them almost 20% in the middle of my rental timeframe).

My unit was only 5x10. When I started 5 years ago the rent was $61 a month. It kept getting raised over and over again sometimes multiple times a year. This month was raised to $150. That is 245% increase in 5 years for 50 square feet of space.
