Everything was great the facility and the staff. The only reason I'm not scoring 10 is because they do have limited access hours. Other facilities I've been to have no restrictions on entering your storage unit.

I like that there is someone in the office to speak with in person. My unit door was rusted and VERY difficult to open/close.. as a 5’ tall woman it was a struggle. There is also alot of dust that accumulates inside the unit.
