Space was clean, paths and driving area was well kept, hours are good, staff was very kind and helpful, prices were fair (though they did raise them almost 20% in the middle of my rental timeframe).

Rate increase twice within one year.

My unit was only 5x10. When I started 5 years ago the rent was $61 a month. It kept getting raised over and over again sometimes multiple times a year. This month was raised to $150. That is 245% increase in 5 years for 50 square feet of space.
