I got a climate control unit and it every time I went to the unit it was always hot ,it was just the same as getting a regular unit and you pay more for climate control but not get what you pay for.

Always making good job

There are things that I both like and disliked about CubeSmart. First, I love the app that you can get in and out of the gate using that and making payments. I did not like that in my unit there was never a cart to use so often times I had to bring mine small one.. I felt like it was not temperature regulated all that well. In the winter, it was super cold and in the summer super hot. I didn’t like the way the price jumped, and I don’t feel like I ever got warning that it was going up. The staff was very friendly every time I called.

Unprofessional, my items were stolen , i believe by the people that manage the units or their constituents, cameras on the outside of the building that housed my unit but somehow no footage was caught , charged me for an extra month and a late fee when i was closing it out and still did not close it out correctly. I will definitely be leaving a Google review about my experience.
