Mike was an exceptional manager offering outstanding service! Whenever we needed assistance he was quick, efficient band extremely customer service oriented. Had we needed to continue the rental of the unit there's no question that we would have. If we need to again, we will be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and it seems like the facility is very capably managed. I had not checked on my unit in years and it seemed like everything was safe & secure in there. There were substantial numbers of dead rodents and feces but that's not unexpected in a storage facility and it seems like the staff does their best to mitigate this problem as the pests were deceased.Eventually the substantial price increases and my acquisition of private storage space led me to transition away from the facility.
