The staff was very helpful and professional in handling all situations when renting a storageUnit. They asked any questions and provided support.

Great location and clean storage area. My only complaint is the rent increases. It happened too frequently and turned me off from wanting to continue storing my items there. I can understand an annual increase but I believe I got like 7-8 increases over the span of 2-3 years. It was just too much.

Storing in a basement is horrible. The insurance company is horrible. Did not covered my damaged item.

Don’t like the idea of the price increases. Hence why I discontinued service.

Prices have been kept going up from paying $200 and something dollars to $400 and something dollars a month that is why I left Cube Smart and I'm pretty sure other people have left too and will continue to leave due to the rising prices every couple months or so.

Very clean and safe storage space. Never had a problem in all my years there. Only downside was the price increases overtime.

The storage facility and the staff are perfect - no complaints. The place is clean, secure and the staff are friendly and courteous.The reason I cancelled the account is that CubeSmart arbitrarily hiked my rent by around $120 after only two months of renting, without notice and without assigning any reason.
