I believed that as a returning customer, I would be offered some type of loyalty discount. However, the customer representative advised that there was nothing they could do. They also mentioned that because my purchase was made online, there were no available options—yet the company markets its pricing as “fair” online. At the same time, the website states that visiting the office in person can result in higher monthly rates. Overall, the messaging feels inconsistent and confusing.This experience has been very disappointing. For the price I paid, I could have shopped around and explored other options. Instead, I chose to return because I believed I would be valued and taken care of as a loyal customer of many years. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received.I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving transparency around pricing and offering better appreciation to returning customers.
