I loved using this storage but the rent continued to increase until it was no longer affordable to me. However, one associate told me that I didn’t need to give any type of notice, just clear out my locker and I’m good but when I did do it and just gave a courtesy call, the person there tried to charge me for the upcoming month, even though I cleared out before the new month started and then proceeded to tell me I won’t be able to rent there ever again which is disheartening after how many years I patronized this business. Farewell

My score is due to your exorbitant prices! You kept raising the prices very frequently and it got to be way too expensive to keep my stuff with you. Therefore, I had no choice but to leave as there was no longer any value to remain a client of yours.

Helpful and kind employees, with still a human edge that I appreciate. The space itself was clean and even with the net top my things weren't really dusty over years. Easy to communicate with and fair prices.

Facility is always clean and staff has been friendly consistently from the beginning to the end. It was very easy for the moving company both moving in to the unit and out of the unit.
