It has been very difficult to reach staff at this location. I started calling on Jan 28 and still have not received a call back from the manager. I was able to communicate with a rep via chat when calling the 800 number, but that chat did not seem to work either as the purpose was to alert the manager of my move out to avoid my ach withdrawal in Feb. As, I was in fact charged for rent on a vacant unit and I can't get a call back to discuss my refund.

Rates consistently went up by a lot. No one ever is at the office and never answers calls or replies to emails

I have another unit at this same location and I was able to move everything into one unit so I no longer needed two. Great helpful staff!

Getting a storage unit was QUICK, FAST and IN A HURRY!The young lady that assisted me, Tamara, was quite the professional!!

We have used cubesmart quite a few times but before this last time (which was fine) our precious usage in bastrop,tx location was a disaster. The facility was poorly designed so that the unit next to us ( that was auctioned) was able to throw boxes and debris thru a 2 ft gap into our unit. Causing damage to a piece of art and a mess when we tried to move out. I wrote to the area manager who was extremely rude and basically blamed us and said to file our insurance. If you auction off a unit you should have someone supervise. It took extra time for us to move as well as $750 to repair art. We wrote the corporate office too and no response. To me this is terrible customer service and we will never use you again.
