We have used cubesmart quite a few times but before this last time (which was fine) our precious usage in bastrop,tx location was a disaster. The facility was poorly designed so that the unit next to us ( that was auctioned) was able to throw boxes and debris thru a 2 ft gap into our unit. Causing damage to a piece of art and a mess when we tried to move out. I wrote to the area manager who was extremely rude and basically blamed us and said to file our insurance. If you auction off a unit you should have someone supervise. It took extra time for us to move as well as $750 to repair art. We wrote the corporate office too and no response. To me this is terrible customer service and we will never use you again.

The agent on duty was very helpful with an awesome positive attitude. The price for what we needed was reasonable and very affordable. Plus we got 2nd month free. Great access easy entry.

They set u up at a low rate then out of no where it’s nearly double I stated at 108$ few month later it’s 160$ was not happy with that by far I would never suggest anybody sign up for that and I will be leaving this review on google
