Honestly, the experience I had with CubeSmart wasn't terrible. It was just a necessary thing for a while so my recommendation would be fairly neutral if someone were to ask me.

CleanEasy access to our stuff

Good, clean and secure facility. My only two reasons I left is 1, the space rent was steadily rising and 2, we had water in our space that damaged some of our property. We are still assessing the items that are wet and or damaged.

Great storage facility, very clean. Professional staff! The only issue was the raise in rent. In the year and a half that we had a unit, the price was raised 3 times.

Cubesmart has been easy for me to deal with.The manager of the Ridgecrest CA store worked with me to resolve some challenging issues with the rental of my Unit 1020. He was very good at communicating and offering solutions to my issues.

The empoyies are very pleasant n helpful.
