It was so easy to put my car in storage, and so simple to close out when I was ready to take it back out.My car stayed secured and well protected from the harsh winter.

I am appreciative of the service provided, and my building manager (Katie/y?) was amazing, but the regular increases to my monthly bill made it untenable. I was not receiving any additional perks or sq footage with the bill increases either, it’s just an unfortunate sign of the times. I regrettably wouldn’t recommend anyone sign up with ANY self storage company these days due to the regular rate increases needed to stay in business.

Katie is friendly , personable and knowledgeable about everything Cubesmart. She is extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your selection. She will even let you know if something may be a better fit for you in the future. Since Katie has started, the place is extremely clean and the temperature is season appropriate. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Katie regarding my storage needs. She is definitely great asset.

They kept locking me out of the place .. too aggressive .. I missed a payment and they locked me out ,.

Facility was ok

Pros: Convenient location. Easy to access.Cons: Too many rent increases. Driveway on the side of the building facing south needs some patch work especially by the fence. There should also be a smooth ramp installed by the elevator. Hard to roll loaded carts over a step.

Your prices are too high compared to your competitors and the nicer storage facilities they offer.

Katie was extremely helpful. She even cut the plastic packaging on the lock that I purchased to save me time.
