poor customer service; my original deposit and last month payment was not honored for the last month (it was actually only 4 days) nor was it refunded.

I think the facilities are nice and very secure but I was extremely unhappy with the unexpected increase in rent. By the end of my term I was paying almost 400 a month. I think you should sign a contract with a fixed rent, just like you do when you rent an apartment.
