Moving into CubeSmart was so easy because of the property manager, Kati. She made the whole day so easy and smooth. She was genuinely helpful and it was clear she loved her job and actually wanted what was best for me. I also watched her stop to help out another guy who was there over the weekend as well.

I was looking for a local, convenient place to store things. CubeSmart, certainly fit the billin both instances.The Rep who helped me out was Kati, she was very competent, knowledgeable, and aboveall, professional. Certainly, a credit to the company, as she represented it well, I'd say she was even multifaceted. Offering to even give me options as far as prices with another venue up the road.She is well versed in what she does, I even said to her I don't know what you make, butyou certainly should get a raise. She was that good.CubeSmart is lucky to have her.
