I liked Kati. She was very helpful, especially when I realized I need more space.

Not happy with the price going up so quickly. There’s a lack of honesty in it. It doesn’t leave anyone with a good feeling. But the price is still low compared to competitors, and we were promised a 6-month price fix, so we’re pleased with that.

No hassle renting the unit. Easy access to clean facility 24X7.

Casey was fabulous. She made us very comfortable worked through the contract and payment. Smoothly answered all of our questions and generally was joyful and delightful to work with.
