Advertising low introductory prices that quickly increase, hidden fees, and a lack of appreciation for loyal customers—that was my experience.I always paid on time and fulfilled all of my financial obligations. Yet, at the end of my rental, I was charged nearly one-quarter of a month's rent for a single day (the 30th of the month). I found that simply outrageous.As a result, you lost a loyal customer to one of your competitors. I expected much better.

Because of the storage fees.... in the year that I had the storage it went up $20 in one year... for such a small storage, it cost me almost $100 a month
