Long time customer. Wanted to close out my account and empty my unit for a few months before returning later in the year. I emptied out my stuff, but a friend had a few items in my unit which she needed to remove. She planned on getting her own unit anyway, so she signed up for a large unit at the same facility through an online special offer. I offered to move her stuff out of mine and into her own unit. Once I finished the labor of moving the items, I was informed that the offer was being canceled because of an accusation that we were "chasing deals." which was a lie.

It’s very efficient, ample parking space, clear instructions, and most importantly the facility including the unit was always super clean. Overall a very smooth and hassle free experience.

Pricing is not to good

Would prefer one solid stress rate and longer hours that suit NYers.

The website should mention hidden costs like the insurance charge, and also the fact that the rental cost goes up every 6 months. Had I known that, I would think twice before even driving there.

Increase price to soon and big percentage increase

Great people, great service, very good to work with. And I moved out of my storage to get a small one cause I got less stuff there now\n To get a smaller one.

The workers are great very helpful

My unit had mold in the ceiling and the team was very rude and not helpful. The experience was very unpleasant with customer service and the facility is disgusting. I am very unhappy with my experience.
